1.
"Dividing the Estate" by Horton Foote
2. "reasons to be pretty" by Neil LaBute
3. "God of Carnage" by Yazmin Reza (Translated by Christopher Hampton)
4.
"The American Plan" by Richard Greenberg
Other contenders: "33 Variations", "Impressionism", "Irena's Vow"

Commentary: This category right now is completely up in the air. It seems reasonable to assume that Neil LaBute's Broadway debut will be recognized, as will Horton Foote's final new work.
The last slot I'm guessing will go to "The American Plan" because it opened to very good reviews and Greenberg is well respected by the Tony voters. Reza's "God of Carnage" has great buzz and will likely get the reception that "Art" had, and not the one that "Life (x) 3" did. If another show is going to sneak into this category, I would bet on "33 Variations" because Moises Kaufman is very big in the New York theater world, and the cast he has assembled is amazing. "Impressionism" could make a run for it if the reviews are stellar, but based on the playwrights last work on Broadway and the current buzz, it seems unlikely. "Irena's Vow" will get some nominations, but I doubt that one will be in this category.
